Art Class: We made giraffes using triangles and rectangles.

  

Phonics Class: We talked more about letter Gg and words that begin with Gg sound.

Math Class: Color matching activity.

Phonics Class: Each student took turns to be the little leader reviewing letters A~G with his/her classmates.

We had a birthday party for Jenny and Howard on Thursday.

  

Math Class: Sorting out numbers 1-10.

Theme Class: We learn about the five senses this month. 

Smell, taste and touch something and guess what it is.

Birthday Party

We had a birthday party for Cherry, Howard and Jenny last Thursday.  Too bad Cherry was absent because she was sick that day. And too bad Jenny was also sick and she couldn't eat her own birthday cake. Howard was very happy tho. He had a big piece of chocolate cake  and had chocolate all over his face!! ^_^ Enjoy the video!

We had an outing to the Science Center on Thursday.

We learned about human body. Apple Class was full of curiosity about everything. 

Too bad that some topics were too difficult for Apple Class.

 We experienced the five senses, see-smell-listen-taste-touch.

Touch and take a guess what is inside.

Which telephone rings? Listen carefully. 

Learning about our digestive system.

Kids were all excited when they saw themselves in different kinds of mirror.

Pose yourself and wait for the flashlight, then you would see your shadow on the wall. Children couldn't understand the magic but they had lots fun. ^_^

Theme Class: We talked about rooms and people at home. 

Sight words "is", "in" and "the" were taught in class. Students built sentence patterns with the sight words and vocabulary they learned in class. Jenny built "Daddy is in the living room." while Jade made the sentence "Grandma is in the bathroom."

We played "What time is it, Mr. Wolf?" in outdoor play class on Tuesday.

Toy Show and Tell

We spent lots of time building sentences in class.

We made pizza with cheese, ham and tomato sauce. 

We baked our pizza in the oven. Hmm~ It smelled good.
